Hill & Valley wines showcase the great diversity of the regions surrounding our
winery from the cooler Adelaide Hills, to the elevated Eden Valley vineyards, to
those situated on the Barossa Valley floor. Sensitive winemaking techniques
allow the wines to express a sense of place and character.

WINE MAKERS NOTES

Pale straw with a hint of varietal bronze aromas of nashi pear, crunchy apples, nectarine and honeysuckle. Bright fresh fruit flavours of white peach, lychee and nectarine. A soft textural mid palate and crisp, juicy acidity freshening the finish which is perfectly balanced with a touch of residual sweetness.
