Email our customer service team or call the cellar door to notify us of the issue with your order, including your order number and photos of any damage.
Secure the Shipment
Carefully repackage the wine in its original cardboard dividers and outer carton to prevent any further breakage during the return transit.
Return Shipping
Affix the provided return shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup as instructed by our team.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our winemakers inspect the returned stock, we will process your full refund or dispatch a replacement bottle to your original delivery address.
